Ordering & Products

Print-on-demand means we don’t keep inventory. When you place an order, we custom-print your item just for you! This allows us to offer a huge variety of designs without waste, but it also means all sales are final (unless there’s a defect).

Check our detailed size charts on each product page! We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our measurements. When in doubt, size up – our products are pre-shrunk but may still shrink slightly in the wash.

Yes! Many of our products can be personalized. Look for the “Add Custom Text” option on product pages. Please double-check spelling – we print exactly what you type!

Absolutely! We partner with Printify’s vetted suppliers who use quality materials and printing methods. Most apparel is made from soft, durable cotton or cotton blends, and our prints are designed to last through many washes.

Shipping & Delivery

Production Time: 2-7 business days (most items are 2-5 days)
Shipping Time:

  • US Standard: 3-5 business days
  • US Express: 1-3 business days
  • International: 7-20 business days

Total delivery time is production + shipping.

Shipping costs vary by:

  • Product type and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping speed selected

You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by contacting us with your order number.

Contact us immediately! If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we’ll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns & Refunds

Since all products are made-to-order, we only accept returns for:

  • Defective items (printing errors, damaged products)
  • Wrong item received
  • Significant size issues (varies significantly from size chart)

We do NOT accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or minor color variations.

Email us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

In most cases, no! For defective items, we typically issue a refund or replacement without requiring a return.

Once approved, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Product Care

Apparel:

  • Turn inside out before washing
  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on print
  • No bleach or fabric softener

Mugs & Drinkware:

  • Hand wash recommended for longest life
  • Most are dishwasher safe (top rack)
  • Microwave safe unless otherwise noted

With proper care, our designs should last for years! Our printing methods are designed for durability, but following care instructions is important.

We accept:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal (if available)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-compliant and uses the latest security standards. We never see or store your full credit card information.

Your payment is processed immediately when you place your order. This allows us to start production right away!

Design & Copyright

We don’t currently offer custom design uploads, but you can add custom text to many of our products. If you have a specific design idea, contact us and we might be able to help!

No. We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked content without permission. This includes sports team logos, Disney characters, brand names, etc.

Print-on-demand is inherently more eco-friendly than traditional retail because we only produce what’s ordered – no waste! Many of our products are also made from sustainable materials.

Because production begins immediately, we can only cancel or modify orders within 1 hour of placement. Contact us ASAP if you need to make changes!
