At OffTheWallGifts.com, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-printed products just for you. Because each item is made-to-order specifically for your purchase, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your order.
Important: Custom Products
All our products are print-on-demand, which means they are uniquely produced only after you place your order. Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported for change-of-mind situations.
When We Accept Returns
We will gladly accept returns or provide replacements in the following situations:
1. Defective Products
If your item arrives with:
- Print quality issues (fading, misalignment, missing elements)
- Manufacturing defects (tears, holes, broken zippers)
- Incorrect printing (wrong design or text)
2. Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling
3. Wrong Item Received
If you receive a different product than what you ordered
4. Size Issues (Apparel Only)
If the sizing is significantly different from our size chart specifications
How to Request a Return/Refund
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Email us at: info@offthewallgifts.com
- Include: Your order number, photos clearly showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem
What Happens Next
- Defective/Damaged Items: We’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement (your choice)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your request
- No Need to Return: In most cases, you won’t need to ship the item back to us
Important Notes
Address Errors
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items ordered by mistake
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered (please check our size charts carefully)
- Minor color variations due to monitor settings
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Custom Orders
Special custom orders with personalized text or designs are final sale unless defective.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, we recommend placing a new order. If the original item was defective, we’ll provide a refund so you can reorder.
